Acquisition of Asociación Europea Compañía de Seguros

In 2004 Rocamer Seguros, together with eight other partners, acquired all the shares of Asociación Europea Compañía de Seguros. This insurance company, founded in 1954 in Madrid, was in decline, had lost practically all of its customers and its owners no longer wanted to continue working in the insurance business.
